Reviews From ThePMI Cyprus Conference
“Hélio shared valuable experiences and knowledge, and his framework really put things into perspective. It reminded me that while assessing and preventing risks is important, true confidence comes from being prepared, and preparing your team to handle issues with minimal impact when they occur.”
“Hélio delivered an excellent speech that I truly enjoyed. Everything he presented was relevant, especially the powerful lesson illustrated through the hands example. His point about stepping back and allowing those with stronger skills to take the lead really stood out. The insights on preparing for risks and creating action plans were also especially valuable. His presentation was a clear and meaningful reminder of principles we often know but do not always apply.”
